Dr. Bjork is a board certified orthopedic surgeon, with special interest and training in sports medicine and trauma.
In 1994, He founded Amarillo Bone and Joint Clinic, LLP, where he still practices. Dr. Bjork currently cares for a wide variety of patients, including all levels of athletes from professional to amateur.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic surgeons, Texas Medical Association, Texas Orthopedic Association, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Association of Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Potter/Randall Medical society. He has served as the team physician for the United States Olympic Hockey Team- 2002- Salt Lake City Utah, medical director for the Amarillo Gorillas Hockey Club, and team physician for many area schools.
